HQWS were entrusted to deliver the inaugural Invest NEOM: Bankers Day event which took place in NEOM and allowed VVIP's from over 52 global, regional & local financical institutions to see first hand the progress being made in the future city of NEOM. We were entrusted not only with end to end guest management of the VVIP representatives (including their travel to NEOM) but also with the overall event delivery, show execution, content curation and capture as well as managing bespoke tours of key NEOM projects.

The Event Delivery team used their invaluable knowledge of event delivery in NEOM to ensure a highly successful and enjoyable event was delivered on behalf of the client. The networking opportunities were maximized and a seamless VVIP guest experience & show delivery was delivered in order to ensure the success of the overall 1st impression of NEOM.

Given NEOM's remote geographical location, organizing any event here presents unique challenges, especially in logistics and timely delivery of equipment and last-minute essentials. These challenges are amplified for an event of this scale and significance, particularly with a VVIP audience.

HQWS longstanding relationship with NEOM and particularly with regards to our expertise in delivering events in NEOM was solidified during this event where we were adeptly able to foresee and mitigate any challenges we might face due to our intricate and experienced understanding of working within NEOM.
